Please note that Nayla Natural Care is an online only store and we currently do not offer in town pick up. We apologize for any inconvenience.
All orders placed from Monday to Friday will be shipped out within 24-36 hours. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday will be shipped the next business day.
If you pay with a linked bank account through PayPal (eCheck) your order will ship once the eCheck has cleared. This can take anywhere from 3-5 business days.
Please note that during busy delivery times (holiday season etc.) your shipment may take slightly longer to arrive.
Canada Post Expedited Parcel is our primary shipping method. We also offer Canada Post Xpresspost Service if you need your shipment faster. Insurance and tracking is included with all shipments.

Nayla Natural Care does not charge any taxes (HST, GST & PST) on items shipped outside of Canada. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once they reach your country. Nayla Natural Care is not responsible for, cannot estimate and does not collect any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred on your shipment. Recipients are responsible for paying any of these additional fees. For customs information that will affect your shipment, please contact your customs office.
